Even during these difficult times, we at Sydney Group Transfer understand that there is still a need to move around and get from one place to another. That is why we are adapting our coach charter hire services to accommodate. We have been helping groups of people get to and from the airport, events and operating bus tours for many years now, and we believe we still have the means to continue to do so.

While flights and events are few and far between, travelling is still a requirement for many people, and we are doing our best to help.

Our strategy

Sydney Group Transfer will continue to operate during this time. We are following the guidelines set out by the Department of Health and Human Services and all governing bodies. As our company continues to work and offer services, we will constantly review our operations to meet the new laws of the Government and ensure the health and safety of our staff and passengers. If at any time our circumstances are to change, we will immediately inform you.

Our priority

The health and safety of our staff and passengers is our greatest concern. We are taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of disease and limit the risk of COVID-19. All of our vehicles will be equipped with hand sanitiser that both our drivers and passengers will be encouraged to use while on the bus.

Passengers are requested to sit a certain distance apart to adhere with social distancing guidelines and to limit the time interacting with one another. Our drivers will also be supplied with face masks and gloves for their own protection and the protection of all who enter the bus, and all vehicles will be cleaned thoroughly at the end of every shift with disinfectant.

We also encourage passengers to take precautions when travelling, to assess their need for travel and apply good judgement. If you are feeling unwell due to travel, we encourage you to postpone your travel plan.
